A member of Reading Club has had their loco removed from the storage facility by persons unknown. The model is a 5" gauge Maid of Kent in LMS livery with the number 1425 on the cab sides. It is believed it went missing after club running on Saturday 12th October 2013. It is dreadful , I experienced that myself in Dec / 2000 when my 5" SMR10 was stolen from my shade , never seen again . I know how the owner feels , my sympathy for him and hope he has a better chance than me and get it back .

Not a nice thing. Circulated in our club. A TV can be replaced by insurance but a loco carefully built over the years is awful. Boil the culprit in oil, boiling that is! Cheers David
