Roger, you are correct. I get a very good feeling every time I look at that piece now.
Today I will drill the mounting holes and then I have to make some 2-56 nuts and bolts to mount the brackets to the frames. That will be a nice diversion from shoveling the copius amounts of snow that is falling as we speak.
Cheers

I have to give out a bit of praise.
I recently ordered a bit from Amadeal in England. The part arrived quickly, but it was totally wrong. I informed them of the mistake, and the proper part has been sent to me, with no need to return the wrong piece. This, to me, is excellent customer service and needs to be noted.
Cheers

More than can be said for a British supplier ending in (2000) I was making good all the missing drills in my drill sets, the total cost in excess of £50 One drill supplied should have been a No 50, the packet said No 50 it was glaringly too small, after careful measurment it was a No56 I informed the Company, their reply being.... return the undersized drill for investigation and they would send a replacement, after spending in excess of £50 I would have thought they would have sent a replacement gratis, or am I expecting too much these days?

As would I, when incorrect or faulty goods are supplied the company should bend over backwards to sort out the situation.
I recently ordered 3 HDDs from a large well known company, 1 worked, 1 was the wrong size and the other failed straight out of the box. Took about two months before I got my replacement HDDs, even though I'd gone with the company for their next business day service.

I will be taking a 6 month to a year hiatus from model engineering, so there will be no updates in the foreseeable future.
Just thought I would say.
