Someone in our Club got a retirement present I do hope it has the right tender? They are very impressive. I carefully explain the use of M 6, 8 and 10 bolts and nylock nuts to anyone counting rivets. I do on our other projects as it is just as easy to get it right and in proportion. David and Lily.

Hello again chaps! I can't seem to find any details about the cylinder relief valves and front covers (how they are fixed). Can anyone help?

Hello again chaps! I can't seem to find any details about the cylinder relief valves and front covers (how they are fixed). Can anyone help? movie There are no details on the drawings for these items. You don't need cylinder relief valves. Mine has run for nearly 3 decades without them. However, if you make and fit cylinder cover s and the track you run on has tight ish curves you will find that the bogie wheels rub on the cylinder covers. I filed clearance on mine. Mike

Thanks for your reply. I wasn't really looking for 'working' valves. Just for aesthetics!
