Hello everyone, Before you read this article please be guided by it's title........The author's perspective is quite clearly stated as not being from an Engineering point of view, however the report of the actual explosion and it's immediate aftermath clearly speak for itself and is worth taking the time to read........ OK, so a whistle is a means of reducing excess pressure in a boiler?
What seems to be missing is any report of the final conclusions of the various investigations.
