Washing up can have beneficial side effects! Grime, grease, oil, mill scale and the like will be removed by the action of this simple domestic chore, a good 10 minutes of soaking whilst among the pots and pans will result in hands similar to Nanette Newmans in the old (very old) adverts of the 60's and 70's. Guy. Unfortunately I find that the dishwasher steams up my glasses. Mike

OH YES. Many minutes spent cleaning hands successfully after a session. But sometimes when I ask Lily about Washing Up. She gets her favorite Tee Shirt out and its. Unfortunately this garment also covers MANY OTHER ACTIVITIES!!! Lots of smiles David and Lily.

One for the hungry MEN. Alan. The SECOND BEST THING about Chinese Tee shirts is their passion for English words upon. They not knowing what is said. Especially their MOTHERS. OOPS are Tee shirts age related? This one covers many outcomes. But sometimes the words come out so sweetly. David, and Lily trying to delete my collection of Chinese Girls in NAUGHTY TEE SHIRTS.

Hello everyone....SPOT THE DELIBERATE MISTAKE This was going to be placed in the "What I've done to-day" thread but given the content matter I thought it better in here.........OK, so spot the deliberate mistake.........unfortunately the "Dawn of realisation" came a tad too late !!----Sod's law I suppose ?? From left to right}---- Stock brass for polished outer cover--- Perspex sheet ---- original rubber gasket.. The item is to be a replacement suds level indicator for that power hacksaw I recently re-furbished....The Wilesco vertical boiler has a smaller version but you get the idea ??....
Made me smile------------------------eventually !! At least it was ACCURATELY done.....LoL !!

Goes upon a search for the appropriate TEE SHIRT in among thousands. Modeled by a Chinese Girl!! Double Irony of course. Remembering that: To rectify Mistakes. Before it turns into A: ME at an Imaginary future interview. SIR, please explain your hobby of photographing Chinese Girls in tee shirts? David, and Lily helping translate the words on said tee shirts to the wearers.

LOOKING BACK to a wonderful day in a Woodland Garden Railway related of course the 3 letters are there but in the words of Eric Morecombe not quite in the right order. Enjoy. Just a bit down river from us. (The stone built one) Heavy duty trains for after Luncheon of course. The Tea and CAKES being legendary. All back to the shed and it is also to scale. Everyone needs a Signal in the Garden. Steam provided by a King and Castle at full power. The day shared with Members of the Newton Abbot Club David and Lily.

Lovely to see LIDL have superbly come up with some stylish face masks at the same price as the normal BLUE lot. BUT THESE. Wear one in the shop and you get instant isolation as strangely no one will go near you. They are also double layered for extra protection. You get a choice of different colours. Once used they become a perfect gift for your Wife or Girlfriend. Tend not to get discarded on pavements. And MOST IMPORTANTLY once old and worn out perfect for wiping down Locomotives. David, and Lily laughing as she took the photo... Thankful for image stabilizing.

CHALLENGE ACCEPTED. And if you are ever caught without a mask ask the Wife to drop them and wonderfully they come complete with ear straps. Couldn't resist some middle Isle stuff for the workshop. David, and Lily holding the camera.

Lily got excited when I announced a visit out FOR WINDOW SHOPPING. Oh well not quite what she had in mind. Previously hints of getting some new stuff to wear when NOT IN THE WORKSHOP... Or at the track or on Holiday finding the odd Chinese Girl to match the IN FASHION. David... And Lily.
