Errol ,I am sorry for the very late reply but I haven't logged in for awhile so didn't see your post. The MN is well along the development road. I had the 3 cylinder version running well on air but after seeing the two cylinder version running with loads of power I decided to drop the inside cylinder which has simplified the engine no end. I have 5 sets of everything made and two body shells built from etched brass kits , I have one boiler , designed by Phil Flint and built by GB Boilers. Last thing before starting work on my house was to make piston rings for the cylinders , this has proved very interesting and I will post pictures. Unfortunately the sheer weight of spam made it necessary to close the Union Steam Model website which was a shame. I have spent about 5 years renovating our humble abode but have only the kitchen left to wreck so perhaps by the next new year I could be a model engineer again. Dan.

Hi Dan, I completely forgot about this, but thanks for the update. I look forward to your return to model engineering, but a good roof protects the models below so priorities first. Till then, Errol
