That’s really coming together now Connor. It’s always seems to me that once the smokebox goes on, the face of a loco starts to appear and it’s no longer just a chassis.
Fantastic work solving the belt issue. That must be such a relief! It’s thanks to Prusa too that their test routine could set you on the right(ish) track I guess. I don’t think my Creality is as well evolved to analyse belt tension using the stepper motors…I’d probably still be glaring at it.
Insane 0.05mm print height on that chimney but it’s really paid off. It looks fabulous.

Wow, it's been a while! Moving house really puts a stop to everything. I've got a laptop that I can do CAD work on luckily. The printer is still packed away. All I can do is continue to draw up parts. But I've taken this as a good opportunity to draw up some of the difficult bits. So although I can't show any progress in the real world, my digital model is coming along, slowly. Thanks Darren for the kind words. I look forward to seeing more progress on your outline locos on facebook! Connor

This is coming around very nicely. Can you tell me what printer and filament you are using?
I hope the house move went OK.
Cheers
