Does anyone know of a source of the flanged plates for the smokebox of a 3” scale Quarry Hunslet Elidir by Alan Ruston. I need to replace the smokebox on my engine after it has rusted through. I think that one of the important aspects of the smokebox is the radius on the edge so really want to keep that.
Has anyone made one without using the flanged plates, but keeping the nice radius on the front and rear edges!
