Amazing Metal Removal Reference Work

I was trolling for info on D bits and found this amazing (American) reference work. Everything you ever wanted to know about metal removal and at fantastic speeds too! At 32Mb it's quite chunky, but it describes the basics first and then ranges right up to huge mass-production machinery. I found the chapter on lapping and honing particularly fascinating. The website is a mine of info too, but I suspect many have found it already!
