I havent used this specific machine, but i have used the cheaper clarkes ones listed on the same site, if you have the space i'd go for a second hand full size as they are alot more sturdy, even the smaller ones such as the elliot tv2 (which i have at the moment) are a great buy, although i would certainly say the wabeco is going to be alot more sturdy than any of the clarkes offerings regards ben

Hello Ben, I currently have a ''Chester conquest'' a Chinese import I believe...it is coming up to its sell by date as far as I am concerned... I am now looking at the specs. of the above mill...it has almost the same footprint as my old one...built to a far superior standard and with a bigger motor...only potential problem might be the ''speed controller''...this I need to find more information on...Thank you for your information and will post if I decide to go with it... All the best for now, John.

@john
I know there is one in Belfast, you could get a look.
Or if you have any specific questions Private message to me. There is 5 year warranty and the speed controller, if failed after this and a replacement was cost prohibitive, could be changed for a generic controller.
