Hello, does anyone know of a supplier of drawings for a Gauge 1 GC Atlantic 4-4-2 "Jersey Lily" I've just bought a half done model, and I'd like to finish it off, regards John

Was it an LBSC design?

Hi John,
Excuse my asking, but is it definitely a Jersey Lily? It's just that Martin Evans described a G1 Brighton Atlantic (Southern Belle) in ME back in 1976. They are very similar locos.

Hi John,
You have most probably got the G.C.R.Robinson 4-4-2 Atlantic 'Jersey Lillie' is it twin outside cylinders?

Just had a quick look and Model Engineers Laser list a few parts for a G1 Jersey Lily. Malcolm lists the design as an LBSC one but I've never come across it.

I think what he has is designed by Paul Forsyth a prominent gauge one designer and builder.

Malcolm needs to get his designers sorted Photo of one built by Paul: www.wagonandcarriage.co.uk/images/L4472.jpgM E Laser has Paul's contact details as: 78 Laburnum Crescent, Northampton, NN3 2LF John

here's his full details Paul Forsyth 78 Laburnum Crescent Northampton NN3 2LF tel 01604 494995
jo479 if you want to speed things up a chap named Keith Cousins makes the 'Jersey lillie' as a kit or if you need something that you may think would help he sells sepaerate items too. Keith makes nearly all Pauls locos in kit form or ready built.

Hello All, many thanks for your helpful replies, according to LBSC's "his life and locomotives" he never did a Gauge 1 version, I'll check in my MEs for the Martin Evans Gauge 1 "Southern Belle" and try and contact Paul, the photo on the wagon and carriage site does appear to be correct, it has the same peculiarly shaped cab windows, I won't be doing anything with it until I finish my 5"G GWR Prairie (early next year) thanks and regards. John
