I've read the serial and it looks a straightforward design to build. Not a heavy hauler but for driving round your garden very good I would think.
In Australia there is a design called Gadfly (I think) which has a remarkably similiar appearance and it may well be that our antipodean friends, who I hope are warmer than me, have some comments on that design
