Modelworks Clock Kits

Does anyone have any experience of the Modelworks clock kits. I've always fancied a Congreve, but don't have the time, patienxce or ability to do one from scratch, so the kit seems a good short cut. However, their loco kits have such a terrible reputation ofr quality that I'm loathe to take the plunge. Would be interested to know if the clock kits are any good.

I have not built a ModelWorks clock but i recently saw an article in ClocksMagazine (last months i think) that a woman wrote on her build experience with ModelWorks Congreve Clock. All seemed positive, see if you can get a copy and have a read for yourself.
Secondly i have built a ModelWorks 14xx and found the quality and service excellent, i think the reputation they have been given is unfair and unjust, mostly by competitors or people who continually refer to them as Winson and tarnish them with the same brush.
