Hi all,
Can anyone advise what the build a sweet pea book is like and does anyone have a spare copy?

hi marc, can i suggest you have a good chat with vince williams sec of the east grinstead club? his modified 'sweet pea' with loco type boiler came 3rd in IMLEC. there isnt much vince doesnt know about 'sweet peas' and he's near you. cheers, julian

Got the book Marc, will try remember to bring it over Easter....I also have the drawings of the previously mentioned loco boiler and a brand new one sitting in the garage waiting for me to finish the Sweet Pea! Its a chunky boiler and I think it would out perform any marine boiler (I hope)

The standard sweet pea marine boiler performs pretty well. Witches cauldron springs to mind, open the fire door and it's like looking into hell itself
