Anybody have any ideas on holding a club AGM or committee meeting or has anyone attended either of these coming out of lock down. If you have I would like to hear your experiences. Stay safe Pete

Well, while the weather is OK, you could do what I once did with the monthly progress meeting for a construction contract. The weather was hot, the site was a sewage works, and the portacabin office was unbearable, so we had the meeting in the garden of the local pub. No problem with social distancing, nice surroundings, cooling drinks on hand----.

Our model railway club did it on zoom last Friday evening. A few rules were required, like everyone on mute and holding your hand up to speak, before being invited by the chairman to so and it worked fine with 18 of us (50% of the club). Even a few technofobes were ok. Dave

At Tiverton model engineers we held an outdoor committee meeting at our site, all sitting well distanced and bringing our own refreshments.

Hello Wheelwright, which one are you at Westbury? I'm the 40 year old one legged bloke with the beard and lip ring. I suspect that description won't allow for misidentification!
