I collect the other two ME mags, so don't subscribe to MEW, might get hold of a copy just for this. My Super 7 has come about as far apart as is possible (with even the paint, myford and non-myford coming off), now I need some guidance to put it back together again! I do have the Myford manuals but I can see myself being left with a few "extra" screws at the end of it! Although I greatly appreciate Myford's commitment to spares and servicing, their replacement screw hardware is a bit on the pricey side.

Hi,
The 1st part comes in issue 137, and hopefully the 2nd in issue 138 ( assuming i can get the damned thing back together in time ), oh and written up.
Some of the smaller parts can be more than you would expect, but luckily my lathe has standard 2BA and 4BA stuff, and the local screw dealer has some small stocks remaining.

Thanks, will follow with interest, I did think I should be able to get at least the cap-head screws from other suppliers. I was thinking of re-blacking some of my fitting hardware now I've scraped some of the over-painting off that my lathe suffered in it's long lifespan.
