Hi,
The fact is has now disappeared seems to add weight to the theory that this website was NOT the official one.
My belief is that the Model Engineer editorial team of Mike Jones and David Carpenter took it upon themselves to create this website, without the knowledge or "permission" of Magicalia themselves, and now that Magicialia are aware of it, it has been removed.
I am hoping that Magicalia will make a statement today to clarify what has happened re this, and stops any further conjecture on our part.
I have to agree though that even with the best of intentions it is one holy cock up!!

"one holy cock up!!"
Well maybe, but I doubt that anyone's died as a result. So it's hardly a serious problem. It has, however, given lots of us a chance to express an opinion, so some good has come out of it.
Loadsa fun!
Now I think I'll head back to the real world. Where did that 14ba nut roll to? ;-)

Hmmm, yes, Lord Heseltine's Haymarket Publishing... Seem to remember something about it buying "Guns Review" before the '97 Election to silence it... After the Tories indulged in collective punishment of innocent law abiders... Sorry, enough digression into politics, but we have long memories, and will neither forget, nor forgive. Keith
