Can anyone help?
I am trying to find some 4mm x 4.5mm (Width) "T" type cab beading.
I only need about 10" of this stuff, so if anyone can give me ideas on any suppliers who might have something similar or maybe how to make it or cut it from some other material or piece I would appreciate the help.

Hi here in the UK, Model Engineers Laser can supply brass “tabbed & slotted” parts that can be soldered together to form such “T” beading.....I used some last year on a Fowler tender and it was round about the size you require. Worth an enquiry?

Old fashioned brass curtain track can be cut down if you can find some of the right size. It's getting very rare these days.

This the the place to go for all that sort of stuff: Knupfer . This link takes you straight to the Brass T-sections but have a look around as there is all sorts of great parts here. You may have to "right click" in Google Chrome to "translate into English" but it's a good site and the service is very good. Mike

I can agree with Mike. Knupfer service is excellent.

I will look at both Knupfer and Modelshop. Thank you for the help. That is exactly what I am looking for.

Eileen's Emporium in UK carries 4mm x 4mm 'T' section in brass amongst many other sections which may be adaptable to your requirements. Regards, Phil.
