As a way of introducing myself I have posted some pictures and some descriptive text of my building stand. They can be found on my home pages at <http://www.ada-augusta.demon.co.uk/stand/>

Welcome Mike, nice stand, and very nice engine ! please tell me it means Ivor the Engine I came up with the same clamping arrangement and despite the slight ribbing I got for the reason British engines have buffers I now feel vindicated. I didn't think of the spacer though - I'll go away and copy that now if that's OK. Cheers, Andy

It was going to be 'YR INJUN IFOR' but I couldn't live with that (too twee) which is why it is now IVOR THE DRAGON.
