Making the pilgrimage on Friday with a contingent from Northampton SME.
Must remember to find and wear the badge! It will be good to put a few faces to names.
18+ stone, beard but no Yorkshire accent

This is in danger of becoming repetitive but Friday, 18+ stone, beard, list, badge, oh, and a Yorkshire accent despite living on the wrong side of the Pennines for 42 years. Look forward to putting faces too names. Andy

Friday I think. 17+ stone, Cyprus chest (like the normal but lower!), no beard unless left over from yesterday, not from Yorks, but prettier than the others! Don't forget your passport to get into Yorkshire. Have wife from there - hoping I qualify to play for Yorks? 12.00 at the bar anyone?

Will also be there Friday.
Also 18 stone Plus, with badge on denim Jacket and Backpack.
Also have a stock list in form of A5 folder to prevent too many duplicates.
Got ticket today states open at 09:00 but website states 10:00, could be fun

I will be there on Saturday as well, with the old man, Taking him for a day out he is 81 and if you talk to him, they did it better in his day, no matter what subject you bring up, ( he is an ex welder/ boilermaker mainly on power stations) he use to build rc plains and boats.
Easy to spot me as before on fryday, along with a hunched over cane wheedling 81 year old hooligan

Went today, usual high standard I thought. Plenty to see. IMHO the ships were the winners, some lovely models. It got really busy by midday but wasn't too opressive, well ventilated. Met "Ace" and "Tonytrans", left shortly after one as I was going on to York. All in all, a good day. Waggy.

I too went today, met up with "Wayne", and will meet him again tomorrow. Denis M, I will try to visit your stand on Sunday. Alternatively, come visit me on the Hull Stand.

Yorkshire?Isn't that the frozen desolate wasteland to the north of the marvellous Midlands??? Quick! Start the car! I went on the Saturday, and thought it was even better than last years, bearing in mind its possibly the best ME exhibition nowadays. There was much to see.The ship models did look good this year. The City of Oxford stand was very good too,as indeed were all the stands. Below are a few images that cought my eye-especially John Cousin's BR Class 5;the "Duke of Gloucester" chassis with working British Caprotti valve gear, and a very nice GWR loco. Did anyone take a pic of the "Trevithick Dredger Engine" on Stand 54 (Stationary Engines) as the pics I took of that engine didn't come out at all.Ta in anticipation!
