Does anyone know if an article or drawings exists for a compound cross-slide for a Boley 8mm WW-style jeweler's lathe?

Nice ones have gotten hard to come by, and expensive, so I figure I should start thinking in terms of making my own. I've given some thought to buying one in any condition, draw it up, build my own, and sell the bought one off.
