5" or 7.25"? You could probably borrow my 5" truck. To be fair, there's no harm in using the clubs passenger stock...I've used them for driving from many times! Thank you for the kind offer. We are/was planing on bringing 2 loco's.

I'll hopefully pop down for an hour around lunchtime. Always good to see another society's track.

Well the happy campers are installed, and the forecast looks pretty good, with just a possibilty of a quick shower at dinnertime. Hopefully we'll have a lovely day, and our visitors will enjpy themselves. The invitation is still open to anyone who wants to just turn up tomorrow

What a great day! That's a fine club you have there Ed, in all senses.
My boy and I will be on the lookout for next year's run.
Met some fellow Llanelli Rally goers and also Ian (Cpl Mickey).
Many thanks,
Pete.

Yes good to meet you Pete. And I agree, what a great club - to hear what's been achieved in a short time and the plans you have for the site was really interesting. Not sure the Baldwin would be quite ready for next year but I'd certainly come down again and perhaps bring the Simplex.

My boy took some Hayden. I will see if he can forward them to me. My favourite was a GWR County in 3.5".

I'm glad everyone enjoyed themselves!
If anyone wants to visit then drop us a line, we welcome visitors any time we're not running Public trains or childrens parties, though on party days the other track to the party could in all fairness be used

How was the weather in the end?
We were track building down here and it was 20c outside. Back in the olden days we started skiing about now!
Hope you all had a good run.

Had a good day at Rugby. Met some nice people and enjoyed the weather. My 3 1/2 County ran most of the day with no issues. Look forward to the next one.
