On Saturday the club held its first public running day for many, many years (well over 20 I believe).
The trains were running at full capacity virtually all day.
Really delighted for the club. Smashing bunch of people who put in loads of hard work but never forget to have a laugh and a joke, especially when the inevitable cockups occur.
I am pleased to say my Bridget hauled passengers for 4 hours until she was clogged up and could steam no more. I will remember to take my brushes etc next time and take her off after about 3 hours for a thorough clean.
