What is it with the Model Engineer business? I had considerable difficulty when I first subscribed, resolved only after posting on this forum. I had not, after several weeks, received some back numbers I had ordered, then subsequently THREE sets landed on the doormat!
Then recently my just-delivered copy of the magazine was destroyed by my dog so we rang for a replacement. The packet duly arrived with correct paperwork enclosed but with a copy of Model Engineers Workshop sent in error! This was rectified at once but shouldn't have happened in the first place?
Now today I have bought a number of items advertised in ME no.4521 pages 736/737 from Myhobbystore online. The advert clearly states '50% off orders over £8!' and I used the discount code exactly as instructed on the web page, but did not receive the discount.
A strange way to run a business.
