Guys,
A tip I saw in our club mag.
If riveting the frame stretchers don't over do the the bur removal on the inside faces of the riveted bits to the point where the holes become actually counter sunk.
Apparently, when the rivet fattens up it expands into the counter sinks and forces the faces apart. Bummer!

Nice tip - well worth remembering.
There must be a way of collecting these hints together on this website. I'm sure I've read great ideas, been distracted and then they've left my head!
