I wonder if any society has been in a situation where a third party has used their track to earn income. We are in a situation where our landlord wants to maximise the use of our railway to attract visitors to his adjacent attraction. However, our members cannot commit to running every weekend and an idea for consideration is to share the running (ie us one week and him the next). Has anyone any experience of such a situation with regards to insurance considering we would be maintaining the track and in the event of an accident while the landlord was in charge who might be liable.
