Just in case anyone is in the area this weekend (23-25th September) there is the Italian version of the ME show. It's like the old days of Wembley with all aspects of modelling on show. Trains, boats, planes, tanks, cars etc. Lot's to see for all the family. Just off the end of the runway at Milan Linate airport, planes fly right overhead.

The track (5 and 7 1/4") has just been modified and a new station will open this weekend. Plenty of English spoken and food and drink is consumed to excess. Some stop in tents, some in campers or local hotels.
I should be there Saturday but without loco (again...!!!) as other things are keeping me from my workshop.
