Machining and turning, tap removal, various aspects of workshop practices undertaken by request. By skilled lifelong engineer. Located in the South East with a small rented private independent workshop within walking distance from my home. I can offer a slow but careful and reliable bit of help to those that may be struggling with any metal item/s. Whether that be trains or traction engines or classic cars I love 'em all. PM please in the first instance.

Pictures of a stainless steel bracket shown as an example of spark eroding. Which I did however it did take about two hours each. But it did achieve the required result for the chap.

The basic outline shape was water jet cut in the first instance from 20mm thick plate which took away some otherwise awkward machining for me.

An example of lettering engraved on copper for spark eroding. Makes good and fine detail in whatever it is sparked into. As long as it's not too big.
