can anyone put me in touch with any members of the Hermitage Model Engineering Society, Whitwick, Leicestershire as I am unable to find any on-line information. Do they still use the Whitwick site? Thanks. Paul D

Hi Paul, not heard of the Hermitage MES but the North West Leicestershire Society of Model Engineers is at Whitwick so I suspect that's the group you're looking for. The website link I have doesn't seem to work any more but there's been a couple of members on here in the past from that society that I know about. One is Baggo, although I'm not sure if he's still active, the other is dug007red who I think still does post on the forum. You could try a PM to one of them. Ian

Hello Paul,
Yes, we are still at the Hermitage Leisure Centre in Whitwick. The track is behind the All Weather Pitch next to the lake.
There's usually someone there on Sunday mornings and always a good crowd on Thursday mornings as that is the work day. Public running day is the third Sunday in the month.
