Myford power switch

Hello all,
I have been trawling 'tinternet looking for a replacement switch for my late brother-in-laws myford ML7 and one of your forums popped up with some info dating back to 2008.
I am looking for a definitive answer as Myford themselves don't have any and could only recommend ebay as a possible source but they have an array of "cheapo chinkies" (no thanks).
The motor is single ph. .33hp. rated as continuous, if this helps.
any suggestions please?

Not too long back I re-wired a Myford ML7 for a friend using a reversing switch and No Volt Release (NVR) contactor. Reversing switches, although used as such were really not meant to act as On/Off switches. these days, most stuff comes from China and a lot os of reasonable quality. Not up to industrial use, but OK for hobby use. I bought the necessary from Fleabay - for example

For a 1/3hp motor at 230V the current taken is just over 1 amp when running. For starting, I doubt it's likely to exceed 5 amps, so a 15 amp NVR would last a long time.
