Newby from the Isle of Wight

Hello to all,

I live in an old FYN station on the Isle of Wight and have just dipped my toes into live steam having bought a gas fired part built G1 bulleid Merchant Navy and a 5" Gauge Terrier which turned out not be such a good buy (See my 'Problems with a 5" Terrier' thread). It is currently painted as 32662, formerly Martello but I intend to transform it into 'Fishbourne' ... Thats provided I can fix the problem ....

Welcome Andy! What a fantastic place to live. Someone I have met a few times lives nearby in an old Air Traffic Control tower on the site of a wartime airfield, I really wish I didn't live in a boring estate.

If you have any photos of your locomotives (aside from ones you have already shared) I'd love to see them.

It's the Old Ningwood Station, a great place to retire to. Will has placed 2 links in a thread I started 'Problems with a Martin Evans based Terrier' with many photos ..
