Hi got a mill with a Centroid control fitted, no issues at all with the software or the hardware other than the problem I ran into with voltages. The 240v is actually 3 phase, the 110v is single phase. Despite making UK voltages clear to the supplier (Ajax CNC) I had to get a 3 phase transformer, luckily I realised before I powered it up. If you are just getting the PC side of things you maybe OK

Nice to have a couple of days to get things done. All motors up and running, just waiting for the ball screws to arrive and we may have a CNC Milling machine. By the way, can anybody tell me how to make the picture smaller.

It depends on what type of third party photo hosting program you are using. I use flicker and there is an option to specify the size of photo you display, but you are not using that because it would show on the bottom RH corner the name of the picture with the flicker tag. You appear to have nothing to indicate that a third party hosting program was used. If I assume you are using a third party hosting program and it doesn't provide the option to specify the size of the photo, if you are a Windows user you can use the internal paint program to reduce the size. I use Imjur to host my pictures, I resize them in 'Paint3D' first to about 20% to 30% depending on the original files size, then copy them to Imjur.

If Imgur is anything like Flickr, you can upload at whatever resolution you like, then choose from a list of resolutions when you select the BBCode. I'd be surprised if you need to change the resolution externally.
