I was interested in the drawing before it disppeared. Just because we don't comment doesn't mean we are not interested---. I was having a bad day and the OP hadn't acknowledged my help. OK? John  I have just received my copy of GNR Loco tenders by M Crawley. The design shown in this drawing looks like the Doncaster drawing R9 with a capacity of 2500 gallons. Its an early tender 1867 with internal springing and wooden brake blocks and sandwiched frames. Graham |
