Hi guys around this time on the old list someone normally asked who is going to the ME exhibition at Sandown Park. So I will ask it, I intend going on Thursday, who else will be there then.  |

I am going to try and get there on Thursday, depends on how the previous night shift goes! If all goes well, I hope to be there around 10 o'clock, depends on train reliabilityand how much work we catch for on nights. Not easy alking around an exhibition straight after a 12hr night shift.

For anyone wondering whether or not it is worhtwhile attending, I say, GO.
There are far more models than last year, many of them of superb quality.
Well worth seeing.
(Some bargains there too!)

Made a mistake about Thursday, went on wednesday instead. Had a great day and I agree with Alan, much better display of models than in previous years and all of a very high standard. I didn't think there were too many bargains to be had, it seems that some traders keep their prices up a little when in London, noticed the same at the model exhibition at the Alexandra Palace earlier this year.
Model Engineering exhibition at the Ally Pally 21st January, anyone going?
