Barry,
Not that I've any drawings but are you offering to re-draw originals from scratch in CAD?

If drawings do not exist on CAD already then I can take the existing drawings and put into CAD format. However there are copyright issues which must be addressed first before this is done.

What a wonderful benevolent offer Barry, I'm sure lots of the members will take you up on this. There must be lots of designs that are out there that people would love to have retained for posterity but just can't afford to have them immortalized properly. Good on you.

Barry, Wil this render a workable raster to vector conversion? If so what is the name of the software you use?

A most helpful offer. Can you be more specific about what you can/can't do?
Cheers

It would be nice to see what is on offer, 7 messages all saying the same thing? I'm trying to find a nice way of saying its getting boring reading the same thing after any mention of a cad drawing

Sorry Guys, I've been away since starting this thread. Basically, Im offering; Old hard copy drawings transferred to CAD Convert drawings to another gauge/ scale (on CAD) Re-draw converting to Metric/ English Single part Drawings Full Drawings including GA's Drawing re-styles.
All of which can then be sent to you via email for you to print off at your liesure and in whatever size your printer will allow.
For those more adventurous I can also draw in 'Solidworks' so you can see a 'virtual' picture of what you are going to make, as well as having the traditional 2D drawings.
Me? As a design Engineer/ Toolmaker by trade I have been doing this sort of work for nearly 30 years. Consequently it's second nature to me and. believe it or not, I still enjoy it.
In short, if it needs drawing, I can do it.
