I have the opportunity to continue building a Stirling Single from a part built chassis that I can inherit. It seems that historically both Reeves 2000 and Blackgates (Clarkson catalogue) , offered designs and materials - as they still do. I am advised that there are distinct differences between the two designs. Do any members know of the differences between the two designs that will enable me to obtain the correct drawings/ designs from the original source please.

There's a 2-2-2 version with inside cylinders (which may be the blackgates one, I think) and a 4-2-2 with outside cylinders (Revves). You should be able to spot which your chassis is. Wilf Edit: This is the 4-2-2 one: Station Road Steamand this is the 2-2-2: Station Road Steam

If you look on the reeves site you can pull up the drawing sheets and should be able to just make out which build you have.
