Proxxon Toolpost Grinder

I'm a great fan of Keith Appleton's videos, and here's one where he demonstrates a toolpost grinder made with a high speed rotary tool.
Neat idea, and he cut brass(?) with it, but I doubt it would be effective on stainless steel!
BTW, I've never had ANY success with any sort of toolpost grinder!
