Hi Steve,
No one else has chipped in so I think you may be struggling to get copper tube in that size now unless someone has some lying around. The number of diameters you can get nowadays is severely limited compared to years ago. An alternative would be to roll it from sheet and join it under the barrel with a strap.
I presume this is for the Green Arrow? If I was to build the boiler from scratch now I would use 3.25" diameter which is still advertised by EKP Kennions and reduce the firebox dimensions to suit. This would allow the fitting of boiler cladding/cleading and also some thin insulation (which the original doesn't have). It would also mean that you can fit the handrail knobs to the cladding rather than directly to the boiler shell. Personally, I would also get rid of the combustion chamber and just use longer tubes. Without the combustion chamber you may be able to go up to .4375" dia. firetubes which will help the breathing. The ratio of the area of the tubes to the grate area in the original combustion chamber boiler is very poor, only about 6% so any increase in the tube area will be beneficial.

Thanks John!! I've check with them. And yes it is for the Green Arrow. I'm trying to make sure I have everything I need before getting into the build.

Looks like they don't carry that size. Bummer!

That is a bummer. A lot of 2½" boilers use 3.25" dia. tube. Did you actually contact Kennions as they do list it on the website.

Hey John, I think I have the right place and they only show up to 2" pipe. Can you post a link to the add?
Thanks George and Jason. I might just go with 3.25 if I can't get the 3.375. Still debating on just making one as well.

Thanks for the link to M-Machine Jason. I've filed that away for future reference. Looks like they could be cheaper as the EKP prices don't include VAT
