I purchased a partly built, Winson Ruston Proctor 4” scale traction engine in January 2005. I received the boiler docs and about 95% of the parts required to complete the engine. The engine did not come with any drawings and only a few of the construction instructions.
I have bought a complete set of drawings for a 4” scale Ruston Proctor traction engine from Live Steam Models and those drawings have been very helpful, but there are differences between what I have and what the drawings describe.
I am interested in acquiring the construction instructions and isometric drawings for my Winson traction engine.
I have been in communication with Model Works about buying a copy of the old instructions from them, but they have been moving like molasses in January. I am willing to pay for photocopies of the specific drawings I need. Can anyone who owns a Winson Ruston Proctor help?
