My drawing for a Tender Axle Pump calls for a Nitrile O-ring #HS-104-90. The "90" is the hardness number of the O-ring, and the 104 is the size?. This doesn't seem to fit or match the valve stem of the pump which has a diameter of 0.0753". Can anyone help with the O-ring dimensions? I am also having trouble finding a supplier for these mini rings - help!!!

Are you sure you have the right number as a BS104 is 3/32 nominal section (0.103 thou actual) and has a bore of 0.112 thou Might get away with a 103 which has an bore of 0.081 thou. depending on how much you ar ecompressing it. A BS 004 would be more likely, this is 1/16 nominal section which is actually 0.070 thou and also has a bore of 0.070 thou what size hole does it go into? Good chart of sizes www.allorings.com/British-o-ring-Size-Chart
