The Duke of Gloucester may be an attractive proposition for ModelWorks seeing that they already have patterns for the tender and chassis. Having only one prototype might be less of a draw for builders, but I suppose on the other hand there are only 2 Class 7's running in preservation but a wealth of names/numbers to choose from. The gear might be a bit of a nightmare though as I don't think there are that many British Caprotti geared models around - although this might be a selling point in itself. Standard Class 6's are quite rare (in model form and in real life!) though, I suppose anyone building one would probably think of scaling up to the Class 7. I liked the lines of the 6, but I suppose they were a class looking for an occupation in some respects.
