I need a vacuum pump for my 5" loco.. it needs to be about 3 1/4" long. piston type.
Any suggestions to where i might get one comecially or are any plans available.

Hi Alan
Personally I would fit steam operated ejector. I guess you have got a model of a GWR engine to be asking for a vacuum pump. Just a thought, but you may need a very large reservior to create a vacuum capable of releasing the brakes on a train particuarly if the reservoirs have been released to atmosphere.
