Hi All Finally worked out how to post pics, with Help from Tel and Alan. Tube bender is shown below, OD of Die is 12 mm Flat on back of die is to get holerd close to tangent point of die to reduce waste, Tube is hard drawn copper 3.2 mm. A few samples to show how close bends can be made to easch other. At the end is the reason for the bender. Cheers AB.

Very nice bender AB, & easy to make, if it weren't so cold I'd rush down to the workshop right now!!!
Like the engine as well, not far away from runnin' by the look of it.

I like both the bender and the engine.
Isnt that one of Westbury's engines? Wallaby or something like that.

Yes Al it is a sea lion by Westbury. It now has all the valve gear in and just have to plumb up the water and connect an ignition coil and try to get a run out of her.
