Photo of me steaming Garrett 6/7/04 taken by my wife. I think I have succeeded at last. During the steaming the steam brake failed, the pipe from the axle driven pump burst & the steam supply pipe to the rear cylinders was leaking badly.

Good one Eric success at last. The Garrett is a unusual looking Loco. It sounds like you have a lot of work to do.

Sorry about the picture, I had reduced the size but it made no difference, I forgot to say I repaired the steam brake, also the water pipe which promptly burst again, solved the leak on the steam pipe. I am wondering if the ball is jammed in the clack as it used to work.
