Just got back from a week or so away and popped to the WSR again to do some more work on our loco, 3850 Also went on the Torbay Express, Paignton and Dartmouth Rly, Isle of Wight Rly, Severn Valley, Mid Hants Rly and perhaps of interest to members on here the 7 1/4 gauge Moors Valley Railway of which I was very impressesed, wouldn't mind the Garret, but how the hell would I move it.......... mikesolloway.fotopic.net/

Hi Mike, Don't suppose by any chance you know who is building the LNWR super D which I think you photographed at the Midlands Exhibition? I'm planning a long term project to build an LNWR 0-8-0 and would be interested to communicate with the builder. Cheers.

Nigel Thompson started a constructional series in "Engineering in Miniature" in September -- "Wessie" - The LNWR 0-8-0 Heavy Goods Engine in 5" gauge.
