That looks a very handy item.Think I might make one.Is it to your design?
At the moment I make a separate,drilled bush the same diameter as the piece to be cross drilled,then fiddle about setting up the bush and workpiece in a drill vice.A jig would save all that.

Built a Tubal Cain 'Trevithick' engine (as the 'Catch Me Who Can' loco).
Building GWR 5101 class tank loco,and a 5" gauge BR Standard Class 2 tender loco.
Planning a 'Large' Metro.
