If you are looking for a site with 3-1/2" gauge (and 2-1/2") try The Cheltenham Club (CSME) but not yet. We are in the middle of a rolling plan to re-lay it all and currently the ends don't join up.
I'd offer the URL but can never remember it and end up going to modeleng.org
