Combined drain &relief valves.

I recall having seen a design for a combined cylinder drain and relief valve. Could it have been in "Model Engineer"? If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be obliged.

Hi Malcom.I had some where a copy of an article for useing check or clack valves for automatic draincocks but damned if I can lay my hands on it at the moment!Apparently it worked if you just cracked the regulator openall thwater would come out,and then at higher pressures,the balls seated them selves and off you went.Never seen it working in anger anywhere though.
