I suggest you get hold of a set of Drawings for a Perrier Britannia. Winson pretty much copied the design just as they did with Warnetts design for the 9F. The winson instructions only showed components and no dimensions. Wasnt built by the person my club calls the 'welsh wizard' was it?

get some drawingsfrom a reputable model engineering
outlet, eg Reeves, if their drawings are as good as their engines you may as well go and buy a toilet roll,
much more use.
