I am having steel wheel rims made for my engine, will have the rims rolled up, the webs will be laser cut out and brazed to the rims, That way no machine work.

Any idea who you will be using to do the rolling?, I've had a very reasonable quote from Fereday Cylinder rolling for my 3" wheels but just wondering who else could do it.

As i live in the USA now, i have a local machine shop that will roll the rims, i will have the rear wheels made as full size, 2 rims each wheel will be easy to rivet up the spokes.
